In the past, it's known that Magnus dated a lot of people. It's also implied that he was friends with many real celebrities including Freddie Mercury.
He dated Imasu Morales for a while when he lived in Peru but they broke up when masu wanted more than Magnus could offer to him. During the war, he dated George, a soldier who died during the war.
For a very long time, he was in a toxic relationship with the vampire, Camille Belcourt, after she saved him when he tried to kill himself. They've been together for decades but at one point they broke up.
At some point, Magnus dated the warlock Dorothea Rollins and when they broke up, they still remain friends.
